Tattoo Removal
Laser removal of unwanted tattoos — progressively breaking down ink across a series of sessions to fade or fully clear the design.
What it is
Laser tattoo removal uses targeted pulses of light to shatter tattoo ink into tiny particles the body then clears naturally. Multiple sessions are needed, with the number depending on the ink colours, density and age of the tattoo.
Who it's for
- Unwanted or regretted tattoos
- Fading a tattoo for a cover-up
- Patients prepared for a course of sessions
- Tattoos of varying age, size and colour
The procedure
A quick in-clinic session, with numbing as needed. The laser is passed over the tattoo; treatment time depends on size. Sessions are spaced six to eight weeks apart.
Recovery & aftercare
Redness, mild swelling and scabbing for a week. Keep the area protected and out of the sun between sessions.
