Breast Lift
Raising and reshaping breasts that have sagged with time, pregnancy or weight change — restoring a firmer, more youthful position without necessarily changing size.
What it is
A breast lift (mastopexy) removes excess skin and tightens the surrounding tissue to raise the breast and reposition the nipple to a natural height. It can be combined with an implant for added volume or a reduction where needed.
Who it's for
- Sagging or drooping after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss
- Nipples that point downward or sit low
- Loss of firmness and shape
- Patients wanting a lift with or without size change
The procedure
Performed under general anaesthesia over two to three hours. Excess skin is removed and the breast reshaped and lifted. Usually a day-care or single-night stay.
Recovery & aftercare
A supportive bra is worn for several weeks. Desk work in one to two weeks; full activity at six weeks.
