Thread Lift

A non-surgical lift using dissolvable threads to reposition sagging tissue and stimulate collagen — a middle ground between injectables and a surgical facelift.

Thread Lift

What it is

Fine, absorbable threads are placed under the skin to lift and reposition mild sagging along the cheeks, jaw and brow. Beyond the immediate lift, the threads stimulate collagen as they dissolve, giving a gradual firming effect too.

Who it's for

  • Mild to moderate sagging of cheeks, jawline or brow
  • Patients wanting a lift without surgery
  • Those not yet ready for a facelift
  • Early jowl formation

The procedure

Performed under local anaesthesia in around 45 minutes. Threads are introduced through tiny entry points and anchored to lift the tissue.

Recovery & aftercare

Mild swelling, bruising and tightness for several days to a week. Sleep on your back and avoid heavy facial movement initially.

Frequently asked

How long does a thread lift last?+
Results typically last twelve to eighteen months. The collagen stimulation extends the effect beyond the threads themselves.
Is it a facelift alternative?+
For mild sagging, yes. Advanced laxity is better treated surgically — we will advise you honestly.
Is it painful?+
Performed under local anaesthesia, the procedure is comfortable; mild soreness follows for a few days.
