Gynaecomastia / Male Breast Surgery
Male breast surgery for a flat, firm, masculine chest — removing excess gland and fat through a small, discreet incision, with a scar almost nobody will ever notice.
What it is
Gynaecomastia is enlargement of the male breast from excess glandular tissue, fat, or both. Surgery removes the firm gland through a small incision at the edge of the areola and addresses surrounding fat with liposuction, for a smooth, even, masculine contour.
Who it's for
- Men with persistent breast enlargement despite stable weight
- Cases unresolved after adolescence or weight loss
- Men self-conscious about chest shape in fitted clothing
- Patients cleared of any underlying hormonal cause
The procedure
Performed under general or local anaesthesia with sedation, lasting one to two hours. A small peri-areolar incision is combined with liposuction. Most patients go home the same day in a compression vest.
Recovery & aftercare
A compression vest is worn for four weeks. Most return to desk work within five to seven days, light exercise at three weeks, chest workouts at six. The contour settles over three months.
